- Pick your challenge and train for your mile (or 8-12 minutes of movement) for the next 2 weeks.
- Register on Pledgestar if you’d like to try to raise some money for CDA (but it’s not essential, this is about fitness and fun!!)
- Complete your challenge any day May 11-15, making sure to film it and upload into the flipgrid page (code: cdajat) so all your buddies can see what you did!!!
