Because of the COVID-19 school closures, we are moving this event to a virtual event, details below. Please email Kara Rossi ([email protected]) or Coach Stacey ([email protected]) with questions. Let’s celebrate our fitness together!

  1. Pick your challenge and train for your mile (or 8-12 minutes of movement) for the next 2 weeks.
  2. Register on Pledgestar if you’d like to try to raise some money for CDA (but it’s not essential, this is about fitness and fun!!)
  3. Complete your challenge any day May 11-15, making sure to film it and upload into the flipgrid page (code: cdajat) so all your buddies can see what you did!!!
