How to Update your CDA Parent/Guardian & Student Profile

1. How to Set or Reset your CDA Parent/Guardian Password

  1. Visit https://cdavenice.org/paupress/?rel=lost
  2. Then enter your Personal Email Address on file with CDA (the email address you are receiving updates from CDA) and click “Send”.
    * Please note that if you are for example a Room Parent and have a [email protected] email address, it is not this  [email protected] email address we are referring to (unless we specify otherwise) but your actual personal email address.
  3. Then check your email’s Inbox for an email coming from [email protected] with the Subject “Password Reset” and click on the reset password link within the email.
  4. Set a Password (Use a secure password that you can remember).

2. How to Verify/Update CDA Parent/Guardian Profile

  1. After you have set a password, visit https://cdavenice.org/paupress/profile and “Login” with your Personal Email Address and your CDA Parent/Guardian Password that you have set (if you are not logged in already).
  2. Verify your profile and make any changes necessary. There will be fields that you can update on your own and some that you won’t be able to. If you need to update any of the non-editable fieldsclick here and let us know what we need to update.
  3. Once you have verified that your profile is accurate, click on the “Last Verified” field on the bottom and select today’s date. Then hit “Save” at the right top and your all set!
    * Required Fields will stay red even if you hit “Save”. That is expected behavior. You only need to hit “Save” once.

* Please note that updating your information on cdavenice.org will NOT update your child’s emergency cards within the Administration Office. Please ensure that you always have an up-to-date emergency card on file at the office.

3. How to Verify/Update CDA Student Profile

  1. After you have set a password, visit https://cdavenice.org/paupress/profile and “Login” with your Personal Email Address and your CDA Parent/Guardian Password that you have set (if you are not logged in already).
  2. Click on Profiles on the right top and click on your child/ren’s name. It will take you to your child’s student profile.
  3. Verify your child/ren’s profile and make any changes necessary. There will be fields that you can update on your own and some that you won’t be able to. If you need to update any of the non-editable fieldsclick here and let us know what we need to update.
  4. Once you have verified that your profile is accurate, click on the “Last Verified” field on the bottom and select today’s date. Then hit “Save” at the right top and your all set!

  5. If you have more than one child enrolled, you can switch back to your Profile by clicking on Profiles on the right top, selecting your Name, and then once you are back on your Profile, you can click on Profiles once again and switch to your other children to verify their profiles. Repeat Steps 3 & 4 for each additional child.

4. How to Request a CDA Profile Update

  • New to CDA?
  • No longer at CDA?
  • Need to change Non-Editable Fields on the CDA Parent/Guardian Profile?
  • Need to change Non-Editable Fields on the CDA Student Profile?
  • Unable to create a password on cdavenice.org because the email shows as not being in the system when trying to setup a password?
  • Not Receiving Emails?
  • Can’t view Student’s Profile?
