Respect and Inclusivity:

- Treat all members of the Friends of CDA Booster Club, as well as CDA Elementary School staff, students, and parents, with respect and courtesy.
- Embrace diversity and inclusion, valuing the unique perspectives and contributions of all individuals.
Professionalism:

- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, both online and offline, when representing the Friends of CDA Booster Club.
- Refrain from engaging in any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior.
Collaboration:

- Foster a collaborative and cooperative atmosphere within the booster club.
- Work together with other members, school administrators, and teachers to achieve common goals that benefit the students and the school.
Confidentiality:

- Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information regarding students, parents, teachers, and the booster club’s internal affairs.
- Do not disclose private information without proper authorization.
Compliance with Policies:

- Adhere to all relevant school policies, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
- Follow the guidelines set forth by the Friends of CDA Booster Club and support the school’s policies and procedures.
Volunteer Commitment:

- Fulfill volunteer commitments as agreed upon, and communicate any challenges or changes promptly.
- Strive to make a positive impact through volunteering and actively contribute to the success of events and initiatives.
Communication:

- Maintain open and constructive communication with other members, school staff, and parents.
- Avoid spreading rumors or engaging in negative discussions that may harm the reputation of the booster club or the school.
Conflict Resolution:

- Resolve conflicts in a respectful and constructive manner.
- If conflicts arise, address them promptly and privately, seeking mediation if necessary.
Personal Responsibility:

- Take personal responsibility for your actions and their impact on the Friends of CDA Booster Club and CDA Elementary School community.
Consequences of Violation: Violations of this code of conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, or termination of leadership roles in the Friends of CDA Booster Club – inclusive of board positions, committees and volunteer roles.
